Email Privacy & Security Tips.

To maintain privacy of your Email and to Protect your Email ID from being Hacked we must follow some basic steps as follows,

1. Enable two step verification in you Email accounts.

2. Enable Login-notification for you email and get notification in your mobile whenever you login.

3. Set a strong password with a mix of alphabets, numbers and special characters.

4. Enable login- notification for you Facebook accounts to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Enable HTTPS in your email settings and your Facebook account settings.

6. Never share your password with anyone. Even to your closest person.

7. Setup a recovery question which is difficult to answer and never setup an easy & guessable answer to your security question.

8. Never click on any links sent through mail or chat. It may be a link which can steal your cookie or inject any viruses.

9. Always check your address bar for proper website address before logging in.

10. Whenever you Need to Forward an Email to More than One Person use the BCC Option to Write Addresses.

11. If you are Unable to Access Your Email Account Immediately Report it to the Service Provider. They Give You a Option of Forgot Password/Account Hacked etc.

12. Avoid Using FREE WIFI Access At Public Places.

Social Engineering Toolkit SMS spoofing attack vector that can be used to perform SMS spoofing. Prior to the tutorial:

    Operating system (BackTrack 5 for this tutorial)
    SET (Social Engineering Toolkit)
    Brain (important)
So I use backtrack 5 to perform SMS spoofing, but you can use Ubuntu, Gnacktrack, Backbox and other operating systems Linux or another.
First Step:

    In the SET menu, point 7, SMS spoofing attack vector
Second Step:

    At the second level "1 Perform a SMS spoofing"
    The third select what you want a mass SMS spoofing or an individual, in this case, I have to select the first
    On the fourth, you must enter the recipient's number, make sure that you enter the area code.
    At the next level thereof. Predefined templates
    In this step, you must select the templates (you choose what you want)
    If you are an Android emulator that wonderful, but you can use paid services. So it's up to you, and then send your message.

How to Hide Files Inside JPEG Image

If you have read about How to Hide Files or Folders, you may have read on ways to encrypt files or folders by changing the attributes that Windows have allowed to play with. How about Hiding files inside a JPEG Image without leaving your footprint. This technique is a professional way to secretly disguise any set of files and folders inside a simple JPEG picture, and so you can upload that JPG file to any image hosting website and share it with your friends to drop them some important files in it.

How to Hide Files/Folders Inside JPEG Image

1) Create a folder under "C:\" and name it "Hide"

2) Put the Files you want to Hide + The Picture inside that folder ("Hide")

3) Select the Files you want to hide (not the picture), Right Click > Add to Archive...

     You'll need Winrar

4) When Winrar windows open up, Click OK to finish the process. A file called Test.rar have been created.

5) Now click Start > Run...  type cmd and Click Ok

7) Type again in the command prompt:  copy /b razor-picture.jpg + Test.rar razor-picture.jpg  and Press Enter.

Note: Replace "razor-picture" with the name of your picture

 

8) Done! After pressing Enter, you can notice that the size of the picture have increased.

If you want to open the image file, just change its extension to .rar and open it. Or simply open it using Winrar.
